Shipping policy

 

Delivery Charges:

Within Karachi: Delivery charges range from Rs300 to Rs500, depending on the specific area.

Outside Karachi (within Pakistan): A flat rate of Rs500 will apply for orders delivered to any other location within the country.

For international orders, delivery charges will be calculated based on the weight of the shipment and the destination country. Please note that these charges do not include duties or taxes. Customers are responsible for paying any additional duties or taxes that may apply, which will not be included in the shipping fees.

Any applicable customs duties or taxes will be collected at the time of delivery, and it will be the responsibility of the customer to ensure these payments are made.

Delivery Timeline:

Local Orders: Orders within Pakistan are expected to be delivered within 5 working days.

International Orders: International deliveries will take approximately 15-20 days, depending on the destination.

Nausheen Wamiq is responsible for ensuring that all orders are dispatched in a timely manner. However, once the order is dispatched, delays caused by our courier partners are beyond our control.

Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control. In such cases, customers will be promptly notified of any delays.
